Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KickOffer mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Buluter GmbH ("KickOffer", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
KickOffer is a free-to-play online skill and strategy game in which players bid for footballers in auctions using a virtual budget.
- The Service is not a game of chance, betting or gambling service; no real money can be won.
- Footballer names are used for information only. Transfer Points (BP) are specific to the game and are not an official rating.
- KickOffer is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, approved or licensed by any football club, league, federation, player or player representative.
- Footballer, club and league names are used for identification only; these names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service does not use player photos or real club or league logos; card avatars and club crests are original KickOffer artwork.
2. Eligibility and account
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service and make in-app purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Your account is personal to you; it cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorised use of your account.
- Your username must not infringe the rights of others or contain insults, hate speech or misleading content.
3. Virtual currency (Bonservis) and virtual items
Bonservis and other in-game virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service for entertainment purposes only.
- Bonservis is a virtual currency, has no real-world value and is non-refundable.
- Bonservis can never be exchanged or withdrawn for cash, gift cards, crypto assets or anything of real value.
- Bonservis and virtual items cannot be transferred, gifted or sold between users.
- Trading Bonservis outside the Service is prohibited; accounts involved may be closed.
- We may change the quantity, price or function of virtual items to keep the game balanced.
4. Purchases
- In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms.
- Virtual content is delivered as soon as it is credited to your account. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled through the relevant store's process.
- You can cap your daily or monthly spending with the spending limit in Settings.
5. Fair play
The following are prohibited:
- Using cheats, bots, automation software or third-party tools that manipulate the game,
- Playing at the same table with multiple accounts or colluding with other players to influence results,
- Deliberately exploiting bugs in the Service,
- Attempting to disrupt the security or infrastructure of the Service,
- Usernames or behaviour that insult, harass, threaten or contain hate speech towards other players.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report and block a player from the Friends screen or the match results screen. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; objectionable usernames are changed.
Violations may lead to reversal of rewards, temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
6. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account. Deletion cannot be undone; your Bonservis balance, virtual items and progress are permanently deleted and no compensation is paid for them.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, design, software, text and other content belong to Buluter GmbH or its licensors. No rights are claimed in names or trademarks of third parties. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Matches may be cancelled due to maintenance, updates or technical failures; in that case entry fees are refunded according to the game rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
