KickOffer hesabını silme
KickOffer hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Hesabın Buluter GmbH tarafından işletilen KickOffer uygulamasına aittir.
Uygulama içinden
- KickOffer uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
- Profil sekmesine geç ve sağ üstteki dişli simgesiyle Ayarlar'ı aç.
- En alttaki Hesabımı sil'e dokun ve onayla.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Silinen ve saklanan veriler
- Silinir: e-posta adresin ve giriş bilgilerin, kullanıcı adın ve avatarın, cihaz ve bildirim kayıtların, Bonservis bakiyen, sanal öğelerin, seviye ve rozetlerin. Silme geri alınamaz; bakiye ve öğeler için bir bedel ödenmez.
- Anonimleştirilir: diğer oyuncuların maç geçmişinde kalan maç kayıtları seni tanımlamayacak hâle getirilir.
- Saklanır: satın alma ve mali kayıtlar, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır.
Kişisel verilerin silme talebinden itibaren en geç 30 gün içinde silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Ayrıntılar: Gizlilik ve KVKK.
Deleting your KickOffer account
You can delete your KickOffer account and the data linked to it at any time. KickOffer is operated by Buluter GmbH.
In the app
- Open the KickOffer app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and open Settings with the gear icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.
If you can't access the app
Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your email address and sign-in details, username and avatar, device and notification records, coin balance, virtual items, level and badges. Deletion cannot be undone; no compensation is paid for balances or items.
- Anonymised: match records that remain in other players' match history no longer identify you.
- Kept: purchase and financial records are kept for the period required by law.
Your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of your request. Details: Privacy Notice.
